YUME collection for PERROUIN 1875

2012 - Designed in collaboration with Studio Jean Marc Gady as product manager

The VIA (Valorisation de l’Innovation dans l’Ameublement) asked Jean-Marc Gady to design a wooden chair collection that would bring the lights to Perrouin Sièges, a french manufacturer who wanted to renew his offer. Together with Pierre Charrié we designed the chairs in the way they would highlight the best their very particular know-how. The curved wooden parts. The parts are milled one by one and the curves are making them looking like one single flowing line. The tensioned seating surfaces have been chosen from a very traditional rattan to a very technical Batyline to offer different looks and great comfort.
